We are looking for a full-time Air Operations Administrator for CEVA Logistics’ growing Nordic team. In this role you will be part of six-person team of Airfreight Administrators located in Vantaa Business Park. As an Air Operations Administrator you are a key contact to both internal and external customers ensuring independent service commitments of CEVA import and export. Your main responsibility will be developing and providing excellent customer service thus positively contributing to regional/country SLA’s as well as global/country operational KPI’s.
In this position, you will act as a first contact point for allocated customers thus accepting and processing customer orders, managing customers Adhoc & on-demand engagement, keeping track and proactively informing customer on their shipment and exceptions status, handle customer inquiries, requests and claims while engaging with additional stake holders if needed. You will also act as a customer-facing front end to all operational processes and pass on business opportunity leads to Sales.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is capable of monitoring and administrating overall processes, information and operations. You preferably have a Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain Management or an equivalent combination of work experience for minimum of four years in related field. Professional fluency in English language, both oral and written, is a must as well as intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge on export administration and job specific software applications is a plus.
